B&B viewers knew he wouldn’t stay gone forever, and a lot changed while he was away. So, is this the beginning of the end of the BFF deal between Brooke Logan and Taylor Hayes on the CBS soap?
Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Ridge Forrester Back Next Week
B&B spoilers confirm Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) is back this week on Wednesday, March 15, 2023. And he returns to some big changes at Forrester Creations and in the lives of his two ex-wives and his offspring.
First, Ridge should be surprised that his rival, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) is playing house with psycho Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown). And he’ll find out, per Bold and the Beautiful spoilers, that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) got himself rehired.
But perhaps the biggest change of all is that Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) are now best friends. So much so that Taylor convinced Brooke to forgive Thomas and give him another chance.
And also, Brooke has Taylor at her house all the time — even asking her to move into the Logan estate. And both women insist they won’t lose their friendship and jump back into the Ridge rivalry that lasted decades on B&B.
B&B Spoilers: Taylor Hayes & Brooke Logan Still Seeing Eye to Eye
Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reassure us there is not much anger between Taylor and Brooke these days. Even before Ridge Forrester left town, they stood shoulder-to-shoulder and told him that they chose themselves.
And Ridge reeled when he learned he didn’t get to make a big, momentous decision of which woman he wanted. They both decided he didn’t have a voice or choice. And then, he left town to pull his thoughts together.
In his absence on the CBS soap opera, Brooke gets closer to Taylor by the day. And they’re making great strides. They’ve worked together to create harmony between the Forresters and Logans.
Together, they kept everyone calm on Bold and the Beautiful during the Douglas Forrester (Henry Samiri) custody clash. And they oversaw a crisis over the HFTF line. But now, Ridge is back — and that could mean he brings upheaval with him on B&B.
Will Ridge’s Return Rip Apart BFFs & Trigger Bold and Beautiful Reboot?
The big question is whether Ridge Forrester’s comeback means the CBS soap writers will reboot the stale love triangle that viewers don’t want to see… Taylor and Brooke swore they wouldn’t let this rivalry begin again.
But that seems feasible only if the one he doesn’t choose walks away gracefully. Or if they stick to their strict “no Ridge” policy. If the soap really wanted to do something fresh they’d give all three brand new loves on Bold and the Beautiful.

Yet it’s hard to imagine B&B bringing in new characters to pair with them. Instead, they recycle and reboot existing plots continually. So, it seems most likely that Ridge Forrester will be back to romancing one (or both) his ex-wives soon.
Taylor seems to believe that he’s coming back for Brooke and vice-versa. But remember how great it was when he was with Caroline Spencer (Linsey Godfrey). And we didn’t have to watch that stale love triangle?
