Bold and the Beautiful leaks say Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) is Steffy Forrester‘s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) once-again baby daddy. According to a source behind the scenes at the CBS soap opera, that’s the current plan, but reportedly, the actors don’t love this twist.

Once again, on B&B, Steffy Forrester must trudge back to her OB/GYN and admit she’s pregnant and unsure who the father is of her baby. As of now, our inside source at the soap says that the writers are planning to make the child the baby of Liam Spencer — unless something changes.
The same source tells us that Bold and the Beautiful actress Jacqui was hoping it would be Steffy’s baby with Finn (Tanner Novlan) so that her character would move past her relationship with Liam. However, Finn being the baby-daddy, wouldn’t be nearly as messy, right?

We reported that our Bold and the Beautiful source said that they scrambled to change storylines after finding out Jacqui was pregnant. However, it seems the actress didn’t initially know the plans. JMW chatted online with fans and said there were NO plans to write in her pregnancy.
However, in a follow-up official interview, she said she was glad that Bold and the Beautiful wrote in her pregnancy, so she doesn’t have to hide her bump. So, did the powers-that-be tell the Steffy Forrester actress to fib to fans? Either way, watch for Steffy to have a big old bump soon on B&B.
We also reported from the same source at Bold and the Beautiful that neither JMW nor Scott Clifton liked this one-nighter that entangled their characters again. But of course, no soap can let any couple live happily ever after. Where’s the drama in that? So, it looks now like this is Liam’s baby despite her sleeping with Finn more often.

While our source says the plan is that Liam’s the baby daddy, that doesn’t mean he’ll find it out right away. Instead, Finn might step in and take over that role in Steffy Forrester’s life. We’ve heard from the source that neither actor loves this twist.
