Bold and the Beautiful: Hope Destroyed When Nasty Double Whammy Unravels?

Bold and the Beautiful has Hope Logan devastated as she takes a hit not only once, but twice next week as events unfold on the CBS soap. When the soap rolls out on Monday, expect a week that leaves Hope disillusioned as stuff just keeps piling up. This becomes overwhelming for the woman who recently found herself headed for divorce.

Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) finds out next week that she will gain a stepmother, who is a cold-blooded murderer. Her father reveals his future intentions with his bride-to-be, Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown). It looks like B&B surprises viewers with this fast-track reveal.

Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) just got down on one knee and popped the question last week. So, you might expect this plot to go on for weeks before anyone finds out about their marriage intentions.

After all, Sheila and Deacon talked about keeping their engagement on the down low. They thought it would take some time to figure out the best way to unveil their upcoming nuptials. This was especially the case when it came to Hope Logan.

B&B Spoilers: Fast-Tracking Awful Reveal

This is Bold and the Beautiful, so one might expect revealing this controversial engagement to come off a bit differently. Usually, for something like this, B&B makes the viewers wait for weeks.

And while waiting, the fans would likely sit through Deacon shoving Sheila in the closet with every new knock on the door. Expectations would be for the soap to keep this engagement under wraps with Hope wondering what’s up with her father.

But that’s not how this plays out, or so say the spoiler. The Bold and the Beautiful fans find this out next week.

So, B&B leaves very little time between the two events. The first, Sheila saying “yes” and then just a few episodes later, comes the second. That’s when Hope Logan can’t find a word to utter as her father presents his nine-toed future wife.

Bold and the Beautiful spoilers indicate that Hope Logan also hears even more devastating news from Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). The spoilers suggest that once everyone finds out about Deacon’s engagement, Ridge gives his stepdaughter even more reason to unravel.

He tells her that Deacon was with Sheila even before the sting with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). So, in Hope’s eyes, her father has been betraying her all along.

Bold and the Beautiful spoilers suggest that Hope Logan’s initial response to her father’s news leaves her feeling betrayed. She believed Deacon changed. But now this news, which to her, likely means that he never changed at all.

B&B Spoilers: Hope’s Father-Daughter Relationship Implodes or Strengthens?

When Hope Logan learns about her father’s future bride, she can’t stomach what she’s heard. But Bold and the Beautiful spoilers dropped a few hints this week that suggest she could come around to her father’s way of thinking.

She told Finn last week that people do change. During her talk with John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan), she said a few things that may come back to bite her.

Hope tells Finn that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) changed. Not only that but she believes in second chances. She followed that with a “third, fourth, and fifth” chance. She likely referred to her husband with that quip. But she said this with a smile on her face.

Hope won’t be willing to hear these same words she said about Thomas now come from her father about Sheila. So, she may shut off communications with her father.

But maybe not for good. After thinking about it for a while, she may change her mind.

I don't see Hope having a flashback to her hug with Finn as a sign of a possible relationship between them. Sinn/Thope with Tridge have the longest fan community and the 3 couples really bring a lot to the table.

Hope could remember how serious she was when she talked about Thomas changing. So, she might be willing to give her father the chance to do the same thing with Sheila that she did with Thomas.

If so, this could end up creating an even stronger bond between father and daughter. But at the same time, it likely creates a mess for every other avenue of her life.

Still, before the dust settles next week, it looks like Hope Logan gets slammed not once, but twice on the CBS soap.
