‘Bold and the Beautiful’: Finn Surfaces so Sheila Wiggles Out of Murder Charge?
Bold and the Beautiful has Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) arrested for murdering Finn but if John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) be alive. If so, then she can’t be charged with murder. This odd storyline from the CBS soap promises more shocking twists in upcoming B&B episodes.
Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Sheila Carter a Murderer?
Finn’s demented birth mother, Sheila Carter, fell into Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) trap. First, she denied even being there but Steffy’s insistence on B&B helped push her over the edge. So, Sheila blurted out a confession.
But Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) turning on Sheila Carter seemed to be the final blow to Sheila’s defense. That evil voice rattled as it came up from her gut to say she killed Finn. Still, she insists that John Finnegan’s death is Steffy’s fault.
Even on Bold and the Beautiful to claim someone is a murderer, you need a body. During a few episodes since Finn’s death, a few hints were dropped about Finn. Like — there might not be a body after all.
While it’s understandable Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) despises Sheila. So, you could chalk up her refusal to let her view Finn’s body to that hatred. But what if there wasn’t a body to view?
Li told Sheila she’s taking care of Finn now, as she always has. Sure, she might have meant his funeral arrangements. Or… she could have meant something else.
B&B Spoilers: Finn Nursed Back to Health?
Li Finnegan is a doctor, so she could very well have Finn hidden away and care for him while he recuperates. She may be working with Lt. Baker (Dan Martin), who believes both Steffy and Finn had a target on them.
So, to keep Finn safe, he may be with Li until they catch the killer. Finn’s mama doctor is back next week on Bold and the Beautiful, so perhaps we’ll find out then. Sheila Carter confessed so it looks like there’s no more mystery around this shooting.
But Sheila isn’t done yet on B&B. Baker might have suspected all along on B&B that Sheila Carter is the shooter. But things are confirmed and Baker slaps the cuffs on her and carts her off to jail.
Once Finn and Steffy’s attempted murderer lands behind bars, her husband (or his mom) could reveal he survived. Bold and the Beautiful might script a shocker for his cold-blooded mother. John Finnegan may appear outside her jail cell.
Finn could show up to give Sheila Carter a taste of the disdain he now has for her. He might find some comfort seeing her behind bars after what she’s done. So, is he really dead and gone? Many fans hope it’s not true and a twist is ahead.
Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: If Finn is Dead, Could Sheila Still Walk?
While Steffy Forrester’s trap seemed successful, that may change. Sure, Sheila Carter confessed to killing John Finnegan. But she seemed to play her cards on what she’ll go after as her defense on Bold and the Beautiful.
She reminded Steffy that she already had one episode with a false memory. She thought she was still married to Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). So, when it comes down to her arrest, she could deny ever saying she killed John Finnegan.
Or she might say she was under so much pressure that she lied to get them to stop their verbal attack. In a recent interview, Kimberlin Brown said that Sheila will pull out all stops to keep her freedom. So, this is one way to do it.

Sheila could also say that Steffy and her parents are lying. While it would be ludicrous to take Sheila’s word over the Forrester family, the law is clear. But again, this is Bold and the Beautiful, so laws don’t work like in the real world.
Despite Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Taylor Hayes hearing her say it, there’s always a catch on B&B. The jury can only find her guilty without a reasonable doubt.
But with Steffy already having one false memory under her belt, that might be that doubt needed for Sheila Carter to walk. And as crazy as she is, an insanity plea might work if nothing else…
