Bold and the Beautiful Comings & Goings: Douglas Forrester Back with Thomas Forrester
B&B ins and outs announce the long-awaited return of Douglas Forrester. Since the new safety rules bar most kids from working, Douglas has been off the soap. We’ve heard Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) talk about Douglas but he’s off-screen laughing and playing.
Finally, next week on Bold and the Beautiful, Thomas gets some face time with his son, Douglas Forrester. And it could be with Hope there too. If so, then the Doulas- Hope-Thomas playdate may annoy Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton). But it’s a rough time coming for Douglas, too.
Of course, Bold and the Beautiful viewers know that Douglas Forrester’s dad is mentally unstable. When Thomas finally spirals out, it could affect Douglas too. We also have to wonder if Douglas will see the strange doll his dad’s keeping. Watch next week to see Douglas Forrester with his dad.
B&B Casting News: Annual Big Brother Cameo – Welcome Da’Vonne Rogers
Every year, Bold and the Beautiful plays host to one or more alumnus from among the Big Brother houseguests. Sometimes it’s a winner – and sometimes it’s a fan-favorite. BB Season 22 ended recently and Da’Vonne Rogers was voted America’s Favorite Houseguest.
Then, Bold and the Beautiful offered her the coveted cameo. Sometimes the BB houseguests show up as wait staff at Il Giardino. This time, the cameo will likely occur at Forrester Creations since most action takes place there and the restaurant set’s not in use on B&B right now.
Bold and the Beautiful sent Da’Vonne’s script to her at the end of October with plans to film soon. So, we could see the reality star on-screen by month’s end. She also landed a cameo after her last go-round of BB. She was a florist for Brooke’s ill-fated wedding to Bill at his house.
Where is Bridget Forrester & PR Rep Eva on Bold and the Beautiful?
Remember when Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones) and Eva the publicist (Kelly Kruger) popped up on the CBS sudser? Bridget phoned Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) for a moment from her work at the hospital. Then, she didn’t show up again leaving fans scratching their heads.
The same goes on Bold and the Beautiful for Eva, played by Darin Brooks’ wife. We saw Eva walk down the hall holding a file folder, never to be seen again. So, this has fans asking why bother bringing back these two characters for the 30 seconds they were on-screen?
Was it to fulfill a contractual requirement Bold and the Beautiful made to these actors? We’ll let you know if they’ll be back. But for now, they remain MIA. The big casting development this week is Douglas Forrester getting face time with his crazed dad Thomas on CBS daytime.
