‘Bold and the Beautiful’: Brooke Blurts Out Resume – Chemist with Big Invention
Bold and the Beautiful’s Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) is accused of being born privileged. Brooke and Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) went at each other this week. Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) stood between the women bickering about him on the CBS soap.
Bold and the Beautiful: Brooke Logan Stakes Claim
Brooke Logan walked into the restaurant where Deacon Sharpe works and lives. She seemed to have a ploy for being there. She wanted to find out about a non-alcoholic beverage. But minutes later Sheila also drops by for a visit. This went against the promise he made to his daughter’s mother on Bold and the Beautiful a while back.
She said that she’d support Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) getting to know her father. But only as long as he stayed away from Sheila. So, Brooke tried to come off as a mother who wanted what is good for her daughter. But it seemed this was more about the two women marking their territory on B&B — Deacon.

She blurted out her resume defending herself. So, this wasn’t only about her daughter. This Bold and the Beautiful scene started with Sheila degrading Brooke. She claims Brooke is a silver spoon baby who slept her way through the Forrester family.
Sheila also called her the “sl*t of the valley”. That’s the old nickname clapped on her by Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery). A mortified Brooke fished for a comeback. But instead of name-calling, the oldest Logan sister blurted out her resume.
B&B: Sheila Carter Slings Accusations
Bold and the Beautiful had Brooke retaliate about being a chemist and inventor. Deacon cut off the screaming match and escorted her from the restaurant.
She gave a quick review of her chemist accomplishments to one-up Sheila Carter. Her B&B archenemy listed her accomplishment of putting herself through nursing school.
So, it appears that these two ladies had a lapse in maturity. They laid out their accomplishments for Deacon Sharpe on Bold and the Beautiful. But this is the tip of the iceberg. As Soap Dirt indicates, there’s revenge on Sheila’s mind.
Bold and the Beautiful: What Is Brooke’s Invention?
B&B goes way back with Brooke. So, she does have a few accomplishments under her belt. Brooke has a degree in chemistry. She spent most of her time pursuing Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) in the early 1990s. So, this left her little time to put that degree to good use. But she lost Ridge to another woman. Moving right along, she married Eric Forrester (John McCook).

Bold and the Beautiful‘s Eric Forrester comes home to his wife doing experiments. Brooke Logan was on a quest to waterproof diapers. But her experiment leads to a new invention. This new chemical product renders fabric wrinkle-free. Needless to say, this becomes golden for the dressmaker. He names it after Brooke Logan Forrester, calling it BeLieF.
B&B Spoilers: BeLieF Offers Wild Ride
So Bold and the Beautiful fans got to watch Brooke in a lab set up at Forrester Creations in the early 90s. When a divorce loomed, the wrinkle-free invention patent belonged to Brooke Logan. Although she didn’t know this, she thought FC had ownership.
While that patent not only upped the financial gain for FC, it also gave Brooke Logan the keys to the FC kingdom. Back then, Ridge attempted to trick her into signing the patent over to the family business.
But Brooke prevailed and it gave her quite the bargaining chip on B&B. She got 51 percent of Forrester Creations. But she did something as the new CEO that the old guard didn’t. She ran FC by bringing it up to a corporate level never before seen with this Forrester family business. So yes, Brooke Logan is a chemist with quite the invention on the CBS soap.
