Whatever Bill has to tell Liam, it sounds like this gives him some wiggle room for redemption down the line. So what could he possibly share that would bring everyone to an understanding of his behavior?
One of the front-runners from the Bold and the Beautiful theories has to do with Liam Spencer. This son said a while back that he had a vivid dream that he shot his father.
Liam also went for months thinking that he shot his dad. That happened before B&B revealed Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) as the shooter. But what if Sheila Carter knows the real culprit is Bill’s son?

Finding out that Sheila has enough info on that shooting to ruin the Spencer family sounds like good drama. And also a possible road to redeem himself down the line. If this is the reason he’s taken Sheila on.

It’s possible what he reveals about Sheila confirms for his family that he’s sick. If he comes up with a story that’s too far-fetched, his road to redemption may be a family intervention followed by hospitalization.

Don Diamont said in a recent interview that Bill is “self-loathing.” He also said that he knows he hurt all the women in his life. So, in a deranged way of thinking, he protects them now on Bold and the Beautiful.
By being with Sheila, he can’t hurt them again. Plus he feels like Sheila is his just punishment for all he’s done in the past.

So, maybe the Spencer matriarch tells his son he realizes just how dangerous Sheila Carter is to their family and friends. Even from behind bars, a scorned Sheila could cause harm to those Bill loves.
Then in a sick and twisted way, he could explain that he gave up his life to become this crazed woman’s full-time watchdog. He might see this as the best thing he could do for everyone within his circle.
But whatever Bill Spencer reveals as a reason for spending his life with Sheila Carter, B&B spoilers hint at a shocker on the way for this CBS soap.
