Beyond the Gates 2-Week Spoilers Oct 5-16: Anita ROCKED by Truth & Leslie STIRS Chaos!
Beyond the Gates two-week spoilers for October 5th-16th where we’re going to see Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunie) alarmed when Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis) delivers some truly stunning news.
Plus, Leslie Thomas (Trisha Mann-Grant) just can not stop provoking people and has a new weapon in her arsenal. Also, we’re going to have Kat Richardson (Colby Muhammad) crossing lines deliberately and Jacob Hawthorne (Jibre Hordges) is calling somebody out.
Beyond the Gates Spoilers: Deanna Turns to Nicole
Monday, October 5th on Beyond the Gates, we’ve got Nicole Dupree Richardson (Daphnee Duplaix) putting on her shrink hat to deliver Deanna McBride (Angela Fairley) a reality check. As Vanessa McBride’s (Lauren Buglioli) longtime bestie, Nicole has known Deanna her whole life, and she’s actually a good person for the young woman to turn to. Meanwhile, Vanessa McBride (Lauren Buglioli) is dodging some questions.
Nicole is already on fire and assumes that Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom) is the reason that Vanessa was attacked and some other people may start having questions. Anita’s homecoming tailgate party starts at the Dupree home and then everybody’s going to wind up on the party bus headed to the game. Nicole has Kial Rollins (Greg Vaughan) there as her plus one and Ted Richardson (Keith D. Robinson) brings Shanice Johnson (Ernestine Johnson).
BTG Spoilers: Bill Won’t Back Down from Hayley
So, that’s a whole interesting interaction. Dani Dupree (Karla Mosley) and Andre Richardson (Sean Freeman) are there also despite their issues. Bradley “Smitty” Smith (Mike Manning), Martin Richardson (Brandon Claybon), and their kids are there. Kat and Chelsea Hamilton (RhonniRose Mantilla), Jacob and Naomi Hamilton Hawthorne (Arielle Prepetit) are all there, as well as Izaiah Hawthorne (David Lami Friebe).
Vernon shares some disturbing news with Anita. And Dani gets the cold shoulder, and it may be from her hubby Andre, who is still not happy that his wife just can not step away from Bill Hamilton (Timon Kyle Durrett). Meanwhile, Hayley Lawson (Marquita Goings) thinks she’s got Bill over a barrel, but he is not going to back down. He’s going to try to get the better of Hayley in this new settlement they are hashing out.
Naomi and Jacob take their marriage in the right direction. They agree to concentrate on what matters most. Of course, this Smitty investigation is an issue, especially now that she’s his lawyer. So, despite being on opposite sides, navigating this family crisis, Jacob and Naomi are going to prioritize their marriage.
Beyond the Gates Spoilers: Tyrell Drops a Bombshell
Martin and Smitty are happy to have Tyrell Richardson (Jaden Lucas Miller) back with them for homecoming, but then he drops some news that hits his family hard. So, I wonder if Tyrell has met a new girl or maybe he’s missing Jessica so much that he wants to transfer schools to be with her.
At the Dupree party, we’ve got Izaiah asking Kat if she’s flying solo, and she says Tomas Navarro (Alex Alegria) is unfortunately tied up in court. And Izaiah tells her that Eva Thomas Richardson (Ambyr Michelle) is also busy. And then Kat gets a moment and says, “I promise you will not even miss her.” So, they’re all very giggly together, and I think they’re going to end up getting some side eye. Vernon tells everybody that today is supposed to be joyous, a celebration of historically black colleges and universities. So, sounds like he wants to put aside the family drama.
BTG Spoilers: Jacob Goes at Izaiah
Tuesday, October 6th on Beyond the Gates. We’ve got Jacob coming at Izaiah. Now, Jacob likes Eva, and I do not think he’s going to like seeing Izaiah getting all up close with Kat at the party when Eva is nowhere in sight. Jacob may call Izaiah out because Jacob still suspects that Izaiah may be a troublemaker. Hayley makes a big score that could cost her even more in the long run. And Vernon puts Bill on notice. I’m sure it’s about the Hayley problem.
Nicole is blindsided by Anita and Dani when they deliver an update. So, I wonder if they’re going to tell her about Hayley’s blackmail and Bill dropping the charges. This is a risk to Martin and so many of the Duprees. Chelsea is not going to be ignored when she issues an important warning. And Leslie defends what she did. I’m sure it’s about bailing out Hayley. And Eva is visibly rattled. So, Kat tells Eva something that seems to be designed to provoke her half-sister, and it’s probably about Izaiah.
Beyond the Gates Spoilers: Hayley In for a Rude Awakening
Wednesday, October 7th on Beyond the Gates, Hayley thinks she’s winning, but her false sense of security is going to bite her when somebody creeps up on her and snatches her when she’s distracted by Leslie trying to reach her on her phone. Speaking of distracted, Izaiah is not giving Eva his full attention. And if this is about Cat, that means trouble.
We have Vernon coming to the rescue on Wednesday and Leslie loving the drama. She wants Hayley to stir up absolute chaos for the Duprees. Dani’s pushing on Bill, maybe about not letting Hayley get away with it or not getting down on himself because Bill’s little wife played him. And Bill tells Dani that he owes her his life, whatever life that is from now on. And they have a nice hug. Ted is rattled after Andre talks to him and Marcel Malone (Darryl W. Handy) the dirty cop and Joey the dirty mob boss do some persuading. So, they might have had Hayley snatched and maybe having a come to Jesus session with her.
BTG Spoilers: Dani’s Past Dredged Up
Thursday October 8th on Beyond the Gates. Andre brings up Dani’s past. I bet it’s about Bill. And Anita turns to music when she needs some calm. Nicole is brutally honest with Vanessa about her risky lifestyle choices. And Leslie has Hayley scrambling. We’ve also got Ted in cahoots with Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob). So Ted may be asking Ashley for help setting up this surprise trip for Shanice.
And Noah offers Deanna a fresh way of looking at things after that reality check she got from Nicole earlier in the week. Randy Parker (Maurice P. Kerry) is fed up with being threatened and he pushes back on Joey saying, “I’m not going to beg.” And Joey tells Randy, “Oh, we’re long past begging,” and Joey aims a gun at Randy.
Beyond the Gates Spoilers: Vernon Fesses Up
Friday, October 9th on Beyond the Gates, Vernon comes clean with Anita and tells her an awful truth, probably about the Hayley situation, and Vanessa and Joey hear out. Plus, Nicole intends to keep her promise, and this may be about keeping Vanessa safe from Joey.
Naomi refuses to give an inch, and this may be on the Smitty case. And Madison Montgomery (Kenjah McNeil) leans on Chelsea after taking a risk, and this could be with her lawsuit. Smitty draws a line with Martin. I’m sure this ties back to the campaign and the issues that Smitty’s facing, and Shanice and Ted take off on a romantic getaway.
Then the week of October twelfth through the sixteenth on Beyond the Gates, Joey shocks Vanessa with a confession. Soon, she may figure out Heather Armstrong (Ashley Jones) bought Uptown and is the threat that Joey was vague about. And at some point, he’s got to tell Vanessa that Heather is the one causing this danger because he needs to wake Vanessa up to this danger.
BTG Spoilers: A Life Hangs in the Balance
Someone’s life is on the line because of Hayley, and Martin’s concerned as Smitty faces possible arrest because of fabricated evidence. More may pile up soon. Bill works to get the better of Hayley while leaning in closer to Dani. We saw that Bill vowed to turn the tables on Hayley, but the question is, will she outfox him again?
Andre is nearly at his breaking point. He’s finding it harder to dodge Heather and her terrifying attention. And Andre is also at his wit’s end because Dani continues to be distracted by her toxic ex, Bill. Even though he’s out of the hospital, even though the poison’s gone, Dani’s still showing up for him. Leslie takes frequent swipes at the Duprees using Hayley.
But I wonder if Anita’s words about Barbara will give Leslie any sort of guilty twinge. Eva’s patience is wearing thin with Cat turning to Izaiah. So, Eva may press Izaiah to be wary of what her sister is doing. Tomas is frustrated with Cat as well. And Hayley has Vernon, Joey, Elon Hawthorne (Malachi Malik), and others worried about the sword she holds over their collective neck.
