’90 Day Fiance’: Yara Zaya Struggles to Make Friends

90 Day Fiance star Yara Zaya shared that it has been hard for her to make friends in America. She spends a lot of time alone and with her daughter, Mylah. But, it seems like she has also been feeling lonely without her husband, Jovi Dufren.

90 Day Fiance: Yara Zaya Alone in America without Jovi Dufren

Yara Zaya recently spoke about her life living in the states. The 90 Day Fiance castmate gets many questions about how she feels when her husband, Jovi Dufren, leaves for work. Jovi does a great deal traveling for his job. So, he is away for months at a time. Yara doesn’t like that he is always away. But, she understands that he needs to make money. However, she wishes he had a job that kept him closer to home.

The 90 Day Fiance reality star had a tough first year living in the U.S. Due to the global pandemic, Yara Zaya’s hubby, Jovi Dufren was stuck at work for four months. He even missed a lot of Yara’s pregnancy. But, he was able to make it home for the birth of their baby girl, Mylah. During that time, Yara felt very alone. Yet, she said that she is now used to being by herself when Jovi is away for his job.

According to Yara Zaya, she often feels lonely in America. However, she doesn’t do anything about it since she has been able to cope with it. But, she does have her daughter, and that seems to make the situation better.

Yara Finds Making Friends Difficult

Yara Zaya revealed that she doesn’t have any friends in America. The 90 Day Fiance cast member knows that she needs friends for socializing. Yet, she finds it challenging to meet new people to hang out with. To meet new people, Yara knows that she needs to go to places. But, according to her, she does not go anywhere. She spends her days working, sitting at home and taking care of Mylah.

The 90 Day Fiance TLC star did admit that she does have a few friends who live in New Orleans. However, Yara Zaya said that all they like to do is go out at night and party. But, now that she has a baby, she can’t leave her daughter and go out partying with her friends. So, Yara doesn’t get to see them much.

Being a mom may be keeping Yara Zaya from going out, but she is enjoying motherhood. She is “so grateful” to have her baby girl in her life. According to Yara, she never thought she would enjoy the role of being a mother as much as she has been. She also believes that Jovi Dufren is the “best daddy” to their little one.

90 Day Fiance Celeb Upset with Husband’s Job

On the latest episode of TLC’s Happily Ever After, Yara Zaya and Jovi Dufren went out on their first date since becoming parents. Jovi’s mom came over to help out her son and daughter-in-law and babysit her granddaughter. However, Yara had a hard time leaving Mylah behind.

While out on their dinner date, Jovi Dufren from 90 Day Fiance had to break some bad news to Yara Zaya. He told Yara that he found out he has to leave for work earlier than expected. Jovi understands that being away from home for months means he will be missing out on much his daughter’s life. However, Yara isn’t happy to find out that she’ll be left alone in the states for longer than she thought.
