90 Day Fiance: Loren Brovarnik Wants to Take Natural Approach
Loren Goldstone Brovarnik spent the last few years pregnant and raising three little ones. Having three kids under the age of three was a challenge for her and her husband, Alexei Brovarnik. But now that her kids are attending school and daycare, she has been focusing on herself.
The 90 Day Fiance reality star is going under the knife and getting a mommy makeover. It is something she has wanted for a very long time. She did a lot of research and wanted to take a more natural approach to altering her body. So, she is going a different route.
Loren wanted to find the best doctor to do her mommy makeover. So, she went with a doctor whom she was referred to by a childhood friend. According to the TLC celeb, the doctor specializes in making changes to the body in a more natural way that doesn’t use implants or fillers.
Loren Gets New Tummy and Chest
Loren reveals that she has abdominal diastasis. This is when someone’s stomach sticks out because their right and left stomach muscles have widened. It is common among women who are or have been pregnant. Having more than one child increases the chance of it happening. Also, having children very close in age makes this condition more likely to happen.
The 90 Day Fiance cast member explains it is very uncomfortable for her. So, she decided to get a tummy tuck to bring her muscles back together and tighten them up. She will also be getting a procedure that will clean up her C-section scar. All three of her children were born via C-section.
Loren has also been open about her desire to enhance her breasts. She is proud of her small bust. But it is something she does want to change about herself. So, she is doing a 360 lip and fat transfer to her chest. She wants to take a more natural approach to enhance her breasts instead of getting implants.

Loren Brovarnik feels that doing a more “natural approach” is the best way to go. She won’t be getting any implants or putting anything foreign in her body. It will all be from her own tissue. She feels that she is “repurposing herself.” But will these surgeries lead to more in the future?
