However, their fun night out isn’t off to a good start. His friends start questioning her as a wife when she invites them to a nightclub and not for a homecooked meal.

Emily thinks that his friends feel she will never be good enough for him. So, she thinks that they shouldn’t come to the wedding since they don’t support their relationship. And he feels his wife may be right.
