Jovi Dufren opened up to his fans about their personal lives. There was one person who reached out with some sad info. This fan said she had a miscarriage in December.
In response, Jovi told this fan that Yara Zaya was “about two months” pregnant when she lost a baby. Thankfully, he and Yara were able to have another child together.
Yara Zaya learned she was pregnant on the TLC show. But when she told Jovi, he didn’t believe her. Nine months later, she gave birth to Mylah Dufren.

Jovi Dufren left Yara Zaya behind when he had to leave New Orleans for work. On 90 Day Fiance, she didn’t like that Jovi always had to go away for his job.

But, the pair worked through this problem. And while Jovi still leaves for long periods of time, Yara isn’t alone anymore. While she was pregnant with Mylah Dufren, her mother-in-law Gwen Eymard stepped in.
She helped Yara with household responsibilities and kept her company. And when things got tough because of COVID-19, Yara Zaya was stuck by herself for longer than anticipated.
So, she and Gwen worked together to take care of Mylah. Plus, Yara talked about how she wasn’t sure if Jovi was ready to be a dad.
