90 Day Fiance: Larissa Dos Santos Lima Guilty – Shows Late to Court
Soap Dirt had a reporter in court today and they observed Larissa Dos Santos Lima arriving with her attorney, the DUI Doctor Adam Vander Heyden. Our staffer said the 90 Day Fiance star, Larissa seemed very nervous and was fidgeting. She chose a seat across the court room: from Colt Johnson and Debbie Johnson. They arrived almost an hour before her. Meanwhile, Larissa showed up after the time she was due at 8:30 am.
In the end, the judge found her guilty, but Judicial Officer Melisa De La Garza cut the Brazilian a pretty sweet deal. Particularly considering this was the 90 Day Fiance celebs third arrest on the same charge. The judge reduced the charge to disorderly conduct and so long as Larissa Dos Santos Lima follows, she won’t be in trouble with the court for this charge. The charge was reduced from domestic battery to disorderly conduct and Larissa must pay a $345 fine.
The judge also delivered a 90 day suspended sentence with time served. What that means is that if Larissa follows the other directions of the court, she will not be sent to jail. What’s Next for Larissa – Domestic Violence Counseling and Community Service
In addition to the modest fine, 90 Day Fiance ex-wife Larissa must attend six months of domestic violence counseling in the form of weekly classes. She will also do 48 hours of community service. The judge also cautioned her that second and third violations on the same charge bring enhanced penalties. The judge ordered her to stay out of trouble. Plus, Larissa signed a statement saying she understood the ruling and next steps.
There’s also another day in court set for Larissa Dos Santos Lima. The judge ordered a court return in 30 days with four classes completed. But then her DUI Doctor lawyer said he couldn’t come at that date due to a conflict. So, then they changed the date to July 10 and she must have five classes completed. Larissa doesn’t have to attend so long as she meets the goals.

He puts his arm on her shoulder as they walked out of the courtroom and he said “please stay out of trouble”. Then Debbie Johnson told Soap Dirt’s reporter “I’m glad Larissa is finally getting the help she needs”. Larissa’s new boyfriend and constant companion Eric Nichols was also in court but didn’t sit with her in the courtroom.
90 Day Fiance: Larissa Dos Santos Lima Still Faces Potential Immigration Issues
The final word is this. The judge found Larissa Dos Santos Lima guilty today. However, if she follows the court ruling, the charge will be reduced to disorderly conduct. But because it is a criminal conviction, the 90 Day Fiance may face an uphill battle staying in the US. Particularly if Colt Johnson didn’t file her green card adjustment of status application.
