90 Day Fiance: The Other Way star Deavan Clegg came back to America without husband Jihoon Lee, and now she can’t return. Deavan returned to her hometown in Utah ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Now, going back to South Korea to be with her hubby Jihoon Lee might be a challenge as South Korea will soon have stricter travel bans. Will she be able to fly back and be with Jihoon Lee? 90 Day Fiance: Deavan Clegg Back in America Without Jihoon Lee

Earlier this week, Deavan Clegg confirmed she’s back in Utah. The 90 Day Fiance celeb flew from South Korea to the United States amid a global pandemic to reunite with her family. Jihoon Lee’s wife also hinted at an unfinished business that she needs to handle personally, but did not give any specific details.

Deavan Clegg brought along her two children, Drascilla and Taeyang Scuti Lee (but not Jihoon). Deavan said traveling to America messed up her kids’ sleep schedule, and she “hasn’t slept in six days”.

Interestingly, Jihoon Lee did not come along with Deavan and their child. This had lead some 90 Day Fiance fans to speculate that this could be part of Deavan’s plan to ditch her husband and stay in America for good.

Deavan Stuck in US – Will She Stay for Good?

It looks like Deavan Clegg and the kids will not be reuniting with Jihoon Lee anytime soon. The 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way OG announced that she’s currently stuck in the U.S. after South Korea imposes a travel ban on travelers, including permanent visa holders. This measure will be effective on June 1, 2020.

Apparently, the government decided it’s best to “suspend the waiver of re-entry permits for long-term visa holders” to cope with the inflow of COVID-19. Those who reside in Korea with a long-term visa like Deavan Clegg are required to apply for Re-entry Permit before leaving the country. This will secure their status and stay. Failing to do so will result in the cancellation of their Alien Registration.

It remains unclear if 90 Day Fiance‘s Deavan Clegg was able to file all the necessary paperwork before flying to America. In case she failed to do so, she will have to start from scratch and apply for a new visa before she can enter Korea.

90 Day Fiance Fans Think She Doesn’t Want to Go Back

Many are now wondering if Deavan Clegg will be staying in America for good. She said she’s hoping to figure out her next step soon. However, some think Jihoon Lee’s 90 Day Fiance wife doesn’t seem bothered about the situation.

They noted that the ban will take effect on June 1, so she still has a week to fly back to Korea. At this point, she could have booked the next flight and rush home to be with Jihoon. But Deavan Clegg has yet to make a move to guarantee a return to South Korea.
