’90 Day Fiance’: Darcey Silva Feels Larissa’s Pain on Pillow Talk
90 Day Fiance: Pillow Talk rolled out its second episode Monday night with Darcey Silva comparing Larissa Dos Santos Lima‘s pain to her own during her days with Jesse Meester. It seems Larissa has gathered some sympathy from a few cast members. But it was Darcey Silva who could put herself in Larissa’s place and understand what she was going through.
90 Day Fiance: Pillow Talk – Darcey Silva Compares Herself to Larissa Dos Santos Lima
The Pillow Talk episode got underway with the four couples in bed changing up their snacks and their pajamas from last week. It appears Darcey Silva and her twin sister Stacey Silva decide on a different theme each week so far for their mode of pajamas. The first week the show rolled out the sisters wore luxurious flowing lingerie.
Now for week two, they show up in sports-themed-like pajamas. Possibly denoting soccer players with their pajama bottoms and their sports socks. They swapped out the huge bowl of Gummy Bears for popcorn this week as well. Darcey watched intently as Larissa shared her worries on the 90 Day Fiance spinoff show. She also found common ground with the woman from Brazil.

Pillow Talk: Out of Earshot
While Darcey looks like a woman who knows what she wants today, it wasn’t that long ago when she struggled. This 90 Day Fiance star shed a few tears while on her last season with Jesse Meester. As she watched Larissa ask to go out to the van with the TLC producer last night, this scene sparked a memory for Darcey Silva.
Larissa wanted to talk with the producer. But at the same time, she didn’t want Colt or his mother, Debbie Johnson, within earshot of what she had to say. That’s why she opted for a vehicle chat. So on Monday night Pillow Talk, just like the week before, Darcey put herself in Larissa’s place and Jesse into Colt’s place. This week the Silva twin shared how she understood Larissa because she too felt duped in the episode where Jesse invited her to New York.

90 Day Fiance “Deadly Afraid”
Larissa told the 90 Day Fiance producer that she’s “deadly afraid” once the door shut on the van. She feared they (Colt and his mom) might hear what she had to say. If they did, she said that her life would become a “living hell.” The Pillow Talk couples picked up on “deadly afraid,” including Darcey and her twin sister. The Connecticut twins thought Larissa Dos Santos Lima was legit scared.
Darcey perked up and said, “they’re pulling a fast one on her.” Then the woman who made her own mark on the show for insisting steak be cut on the bias told her tale. Darcey described how she remembers feeling that way when she was with Jesse. She claims Jesse invited her to meet him in New York City in “the name of love” but it was nothing but a setup.
She was there so he could break up with her. Darcey claims Jesse set her up and she felt duped. She shared this while watching the scene on 90 Day Fiance: Pillow Talk where she apparently thought Larissa was duped.
Pillow Talk: Set Up – By Who?
On Pillow Talk Monday night, Darcey Silva talked about the NYC episode. Fans remember those scenes with her then-love-interest Jesse, as memorable ones. While Darcey never said who set her up, it sounds like she believes someone did. But whether it was Jesse or the TLC show, fans at the time thought it was awful. TLC filmed her in new clothes and primping with makeup in anticipation of seeing Jesse again. As soon as she arrived in the Big Apple it became obvious that Jesse planned a goodbye.
Fans of the show hopped on social media back then. They expressed how embarrassed they felt for Darcey Silva having to go through that. Sure, TLC captured some of the most dramatic footage out of that episode but at what cost? The 90 Day Fiance fans debated this online at the time. Not only did she get dumped but it happened on national television. She came to NYC believing there’s another chance at romance with Jesse. But it turned out as heartbreak for the mom from the Nutmeg State.
