Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Roman Visits Marlena
On Monday, December 29th, Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) stops by Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) place to check on her. This is her first Christmas without John Black (Drake Hogestyn). Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) is in Bayview, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) has moved out, and it’s just her and Belle Black (Martha Madison). Tate Black (Leo Howard) is there part-time, but it’s just a really hard time. It’s nice that Roman stopped by.
Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) bid the Christmas season goodbye with a fun farewell. They wind up under the mistletoe at University Hospital. I wonder if we’re still going to see Steve in his “Patchy Claws” outfit. They did have a little video snippet of him in the outfit on their Instagram the other day.
Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Stephanie and Alex Cuddle
Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) are enjoying some alone time as a couple. They’re opening gifts, and there’s romance and canoodling. It’s very cute. Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) and Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo), meanwhile, thrill their mom, Kate, by spending Christmas with her. Of course, she’s happy to have her boys there.
Over at the Hernandez house, things aren’t so joyful because Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) gets some bad news from Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering). I think he may tell her about Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) being dead and that Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel) confirmed it. Gabi will be crushed, but let’s be real. Vivian cannot be trusted. She wanted Stefan out of that situation. She’s the one who hijacked him out of Salem. I don’t trust Vivian. Not until we see a corpse. Even then, that doesn’t mean he’s actually dead.
Kate and Xander Plot to Save Titan on Tuesday, December 30 Days of Our Lives
Tuesday, December 30th on Days of Our Lives, we’ve got Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) getting questioned by Javi Hernandez (Al Calderon). It may be about his investigation into EJ DiMera‘s (Dan Feuerriegel) lab or their New Year’s Eve wedding.
Kate Roberts and Xander Cook team up for some plotting. This is probably about how to save Titan from ruin. Kate doesn’t want Philip Kiriakis to lose his legacy, and Xander doesn’t want to lose Victor Kiriakis‘ (John Aniston) company after it was entrusted to him. Xander is also worried about Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) losing the mansion where Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and his daughter Victoria live. This is very important, and I’m looking forward to seeing exactly what Kate and Xander cook up.
EJ DiMera listens as Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) lays out her plan. I wonder if she’s going to tell EJ that she wants to bring her husband, Dimitri von Leuschner DiMera (Peter Porte), back to Salem to mess with Leo. Not only could it ruin the wedding, which is what she wants, but it would also distract Leo from poking into EJ’s lab if he is busy with Dimitri. She wants to ruin his relationship.
Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) hears all about Johnny DiMera‘s (Carson Boatman) worries regarding a biological kid with DiMera DNA. That is not something he wants. I wonder if he’ll try to play it off as concern for Chanel’s health. While Johnny is concerned about Chanel, he is more concerned about bringing another DiMera onto the planet. Meanwhile, a very relieved Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) reunites with Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) at University Hospital. They find the mistletoe, too. We have smooches all over the place this week.
New Year’s Eve Tragedy on DOOL: The DiMeras Vote on Peter’s Life
On Wednesday, December 31st, New Year’s Eve, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) ponders a tough decision. The hospital says the DiMeras need to decide if they will take extraordinary measures to keep Peter Blake (Jason Brooks) alive. Unless he has one of them as his emergency contact, they may go with majority rules on a vote. He’s on a ventilator and the prognosis seems dire.
Kristen feels sick about this because it was her attack on Peter that put him in this situation. But he deserved it. He was going to kill them all with sarin gas. Kristen sits at Peter Blake’s bedside while he’s still in a coma and she is just distraught.
Cat & Chad’s Awkward Encounter on Days of Our Lives
Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) runs into Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) at the hospital and things are awkward. They literally run into each other and Cat’s stuff goes flying. Chad helps her pick it up, but he has to stay away from her. Chad just reunited with his kids and he can’t let Charlotte DiMera (Olivia & Oakley Rondou) or Thomas DiMera (Christopher Cary) see him even being nice to Cat.
Chad has to cut her completely out of his life like he doesn’t even know her. Meanwhile, Rachel and Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) get New Year’s Eve visitors up at Bayview. I wonder if Tate Black is going to pop in to see Rachel. Sophia gets to stare at her crush without saying a word because she’s still playing mute. We may see Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson) dropping by to visit her daughter, and we may also get Marlena Evans, Kristen DiMera, and Brady Black.
DA Belle Black cuts a deal with Melinda Trask (Tina Huang). This could be about Sophia’s case, or Belle may have asked Melinda to represent Rachel and deal with the Kristen mess. EJ, Chad, and Tony a consider their options. EJ tells his brothers they need to vote as a family to pull the plug on Peter’s ventilator. EJ wants him dead so Peter can’t pull out of this coma and do more damage to the family. Kristen may not agree with her other brothers.
New Year’s Day 2026: Wedding Jitters and Pregnancy Tensions
Thursday, January 1st, 2026, is the very first episode of the new year. There’s no preemption because Days is on Peacock, so we get episodes on all the holidays. Chanel Dupree is not happy with Johnny DiMera on Thursday. I wonder if he is pushing to not have the kid.
Beyond the DiMera DNA, Chanel could be facing a high-risk pregnancy because of her history with molar pregnancies and the cancer risk. Meanwhile, Javi and Leo’s wedding is just about ready to begin. The whole family is rushing around to get ready at the last minute, so we’ll see lots of the Hernandez family.
Leo needs Marlena’s help. She already agreed to officiate, but maybe Leo needs her advice on his vows before he says “I do” to Javi. Gabi and Gwen continue bonding at the DiMera mansion. I wonder if they’ll be discussing the death of Stefan DiMera and whether they believe he really is dead.
Dimitri von Leuschner Returns for a Salem Wedding Disaster
Friday, January 2nd, we wrap up the week with Dimitri von Leuschner DiMera returning to Salem. It is not a coincidence that he returns on the day of Javi Hernandez and Leo Stark’s wedding. This is Gwen Rizczech’s plan because she and EJ DiMera were the ones who hid Dimitri to keep him out of the way.
Chad is there, presumably as best man to Leo. Marlena is officiating, while Gabi Hernandez, Ari, and Rafe Hernandez are in attendance. Gwen is annoyed and frustrated as she sits in the front row at her ex-bestie Leo Stark’s wedding while he declares his love to Javi. Gwen is upset that Leo is getting a happily ever after when he messed up her marriage.
I want to know how long it takes until Dimitri sees Leo and gives him a kiss, because that happens over at the DiMera mansion. I think Gwen wrote the breakup letter, and Dimitri may actually still be head over heels for Leo, which could mess up things with Javi. Also on Friday, Kayla Brady surprises Steve Johnson, and Stephanie Johnson gets a late gift from Alex Kiriakis that may be a proposal.
Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Lexie Carver Reveal and a Wedding Crasher
The following week, January 5th through 9th, Leo Stark and Javi Hernandez may face a wedding crasher. It would be a minor miracle if a wedding happens in Salem without something blowing up. Kate Roberts wants to save Titan by any means necessary.
EJ and Gabi may share a New Year’s Eve kiss. Chanel and Johnny continue to disagree on her pregnancy, and things may get stressful in their marriage. The “tube person” may be revealed as Lexie Carver (Renee Jones). There are big red flags as EJ seems to be apologizing to the tube person about what happened in the crypt.
Owen may amp up his efforts, and Stephanie has no idea that he is lurking in Salem. Finally, Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) comes back to Salem from her holiday in Paris with a bad attitude.
