Young and the Restless spoilers reveal Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) takes the stand and tells her side of the story. As she recounts her tragic tale of abuse at the hands of JT Hellstrom (Thad Luckinbill), Victoria tries to save the ladies from prison.
Here’s what happen with Vikki this week on CBS Daytime on Y&R.
Young and the Restless Spoilers: Victoria Newman On the Stand
Victoria finally takes the stand and defends her actions on upcoming episodes of Y&R. As Christine Williams (Lauralee Bell) fights to put all the ladies except Phyllis Abbott (Gina Tognoni) behind bars, this testimony could change everything. After all, the only reason Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) struck JT was because he attacked Victoria Newman.
As Victoria gives her testimony in court on Young and the Restless, she could potentially sway the jury to see they acted in self-defense. Of course, the ladies have yet to confess their guilt. Therefore, Victoria Newman needs to explain her abuse without confessing that her mother killed JT.
The only person who confessed in court and to the police thus far is Phyllis. While Sharon Newman’s (Sharon Case) confession to Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) triggered their arrest, she didn’t confess in the cop shop or on the record. So, Phyllis is the only confession Christine has right now.

Y&R Spoilers: Phyllis Abbott Tries to Help
Already, it appears that Phyllis is feeling the heat over her actions on Young and the Restless. By telling Christine the truth and confessing the kill and cover-up, Phyllis got immunity and freedom. She ratted out the other women to save herself.
However, it looks like she now tries to help them, since she already saved herself. Of course, the women won’t forgive her. If Christine didn’t have Phyllis’ confession, the ladies might not be on trial. After all, Sharon’s confession comes under fire as well, as they accuse Rey of using her feelings to coerce her confession on Y&R.
Now that Phyllis hits the stand again, as well as Victoria Newman, the two work to save themselves. Before, Victoria wanted to take the stand to explain the abusive relationship and defend herself. But Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) wouldn’t allow it. But a twist in court has Michael rethink putting Victoria Newman under oath.

Young and the Restless: Can Anything Save Victoria Newman?
At this point, it appears that nothing can save the cover-up gang on Y&R. Phyllis made their lives much more difficult with her betrayal. Victoria tries to save them, but even her testimony might not change things. Michael didn’t want her to go on the stand because he knows that Christine will destroy her.
However, Christine badgering an abused woman might not look good on Young and the Restless. The only thing that may help is JT’s body turning up. Now, Thad Luckinbill (AKA JT) is back on the CBS set filming. Perhaps it’s a flashback or a dream sequence. Then again, JT could have survived which would end the trial abruptly.
