Young and the Restless Spoilers: Chelsea Newman Confesses – Victor Newman Plays Games
Today on Y&R, Chelsea Newman demands to know why Victor Newman called Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) just as the cop gets to the ranch. Chelsea is sure Victor’s setting her up. So, Chelsea keeps faking with her cane as the detective comes in to talk to them. Then, Chelsea Newman begs Rey to protect her from Victor and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) on Young and the Restless.
In a state of distress, Chelsea tells Rey that he can’t blame her for all of this mess and points fingers at Victor and his son. As Victor Newman watches smugly, she says she’s very sorry for all she’s done. Chelsea then throws her cane on the floor and walks normally around the room. Next, she insists she and Rey are both innocent victims and she had to punish Victor’s prodigal son.
But there’s more. Chelsea just wanted to teach Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Adam a lesson – and tells Rey his wife was cheating with her fiance. And Chelsea Newman vows she didn’t use enough poison to actually kill Rey. In tears, Chelsea just wanted to make him sick per Young and the Restless spoilers. She claims “Shadam” pushed her to the edge and Victor Newman watches this all unfold.
Chelsea Continues Her Confession on Y&R
On Young and the Restless, Victor and Rey listen, she argues that she really was paralyzed right after her stroke. Then, Adam started to bring Sharon into their home – and their bed. The GCPD cop’s shocked at this allegation, per Young and the Restless spoilers. So, Victor calls in Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) to come by immediately.
He arrives with a psychiatrist in tow. They all hear Chelsea’s tale of woe as she confesses once again. However, she conveniently fails to mention Chloe Mitchell’s (Elizabeth Hendrickson) role in her scheme, say Young and the Restless spoilers. But Chelsea claims everything is Adam’s fault. His infidelity caused her to act the way she did.
Meanwhile, Adam is over at the hospital giving up a vital organ to his niece, Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster). And Young and the Restless spoilers predict the surgery goes just fine. And he assumes that once he recovers, he’ll be in handcuffs since he refuses to throw troubled Chelsea under the bus – as he told Victor. But The Mustache is gonna bail out his boy.
Young and the Restless Shocker: Victor’s Plan Revealed
The doctor pulls out a syringe as Chelsea Newman panics on Young and the Restless. Victor is unmoved as his ex daughter-in-law seems to be drugged and hauled away. She’ll argue her actions were due to her hurt and grief. This is not who she really is. However, the psychiatrist sedates her and tells Michael and Rey he’ll check her into a psychiatric hospital immediately.
Michael has no objections as the doctor calls to make sure there is an open bed for her on Young and the Restless. Rey congratulates Victor Newman on proving his son’s innocence. He says Adam is a free man. Rey is in shock that Chelsea put his life in danger as part of a plot for revenge. Then, Victor Newman watches as the DA and detective go.
