Young and the Restless black sheep Adam Newman may soon get another chance with his love Sally Spectra as they bond over their new baby girl. And it could cause a whole lot of drama on the CBS soap opera.
Young and the Restless: Adam Newman Still in Love with Sally Spectra
Y&R fans know Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) heart still belongs to Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope). He’s repeatedly admitted that he loves her and wants her back — especially now that they’re having a baby.
Indeed, he would jump at the chance to reunite with his baby mama. However, he deeply hurt her in the past. Plus, he knows she’s committed to his brother Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). Sally’s made it clear that there is no future for them other than as co-parents.
However, that could change. Whether she wants to admit it or not, she still has feelings for her baby-daddy deep down. And those feelings may soon come to the surface on Young and the Restless.
Sally Softening Toward Adam on YR
It wasn’t that long ago that Sally was still angry with Adam, and she didn’t feel she could trust him. She was crushed when she found out that he was the father of her unborn baby. She’s moving on with Nick and wanted it to be his baby.
Plus, she wanted to cut all ties with Adam. But now, she can see his genuine effort to coexist with his brother for her and their baby girl’s sake. No doubt, he’s impressing his ex on Young and the Restless.
Of course, she cares deeply for Nick and doesn’t want to hurt him. But she might be unable to fight her growing feelings for Adam, especially once the baby comes. She intends to make Nick a big part of the baby’s life.
But once she sees Adam with their daughter and they’re all together as a family, her feelings for him may grow and be impossible to ignore…

New Baby Brings Second Chance on Young and Restless?
Indeed, it won’t happen overnight, but after their baby is born, it might be the start of a second chance. Sally may feel torn between the Newman brothers on Young and the Restless. If so, she will likely be honest with her man Nick and tell him how she feels.
Of course, he’ll want her to be happy. So, he may let her go if that’s what she wants. But, indeed, he’ll be devastated. And his father, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), will be waiting in the wings to tell him I told you so.
Of course, Adam will need to earn Sally’s trust again. But his patience and understanding may be what makes her decide to take him back. So, he could very well get his wish to be with her again.
