Young and the Restless comings and goings bring back Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) this week to the CBS soap – and we wonder if he’s about to score a big bust. Also, there are other significant returns ahead as a legacy family expands this week. Check out who’s in, who’s out, and who we’ll see in Genoa City soon.
Young and the Restless Comings & Goings: Chief Paul Williams is Back – But for How Long?
Doug Davidson fans have been clamoring to see him back on Y&R as Paul Williams. Finally, Paul comes back this week, but the actor warned viewers not to get their hopes up too much. He said he only had four pages of scenes as Paul Williams, so what will that translate to in screen time?
Young and the Restless comings and goings inform that Paul might have less than five minutes of activity on the CBS sudser. A rule of thumb for scripts is that a page is about a minute on the screen. So, Paul Williams might have just a few minutes on Y&R when he pops up this Friday.
However, Young and the Restless might also spread the scenes between Friday and Monday to give watchers more episodes with Paul, if not more scenes. Optimistically, we can hope for two days of Paul Williams. Will Paul pop up to arrest Adam Newman or Billy Abbott? Maybe. We’ll see.
Y&R Ins and Outs: Chloe Mitchell & Kevin Fisher Welcome Their Son
Expect more scenes on Young and the Restless with Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) and Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart). Chloe’s in labor and bribing the baby to get out of her belly as soon as possible. Kevin’s on board with the bribery and thinks their son wants a sports car.
So, we’ll get more of Chloe with Kevin on Young and the Restless as their son’s born. And that means we’ll see Esther Valentine (Kate Linder), who’s about to be a thrilled two-time grandma. Also, Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) and Lauren Fenmore (Tracey E. Bregman) have scenes.
Everyone wants to see the baby, promise Young and the Restless spoilers. And that also means Gloria Bardwell (Judith Chapman) heads to GC soon to meet her newest grandchild. It’s a big family reunion coming soon on Y&R on CBS daytime.
Young and the Restless Casting News: Jared Gone Already – Who’s Jordan?
Other casting changes include the exit again of overdose victim Jared (Michael Maclane). Y&R made a big deal out of his return, but it turns out it was only for one more episode. His fraught scene set the stage for Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) to cheat with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic).
And another new character’s headed to Young and the Restless. Comings and goings announce Jordan (Madison Thompson) joins the character canvas. She pops up in a few weeks as an all-new character. We’ll have more info for you on that soon.
For now, get ready to see Paul Williams back on Young and the Restless by the end of this week, although he’ll be gone almost as fast…
