WCTH: Allie Grant Plays Matchmaker
Young star Allie Grant (Jaeda Lily Miller) of When Calls The Heart plays cupid for her Uncle Nathan Grant (Kevin McGarry). Allie asks Nathan if he still likes Elizabeth Thornton. Elizabeth Thornton, Hope Valley’s teacher on WCTH, has been eager to find a way to convince Minnie Canfield (Natasha Burnett) she is capable of teaching Angela Canfield (Vienna Leacock). The schoolteacher brings a book written in Braille to the Canfield cabin. It appears fans of When Calls The Heart will learn more about the Canfields’ past and their hardships.
Elizabeth Thornton is excited to show Angela Canfield and her mother Minnie her find. Minnie Canfield tells Angela they are going to use the book to teach Angela to read. Angela explains to her teacher that they tried to check out a Braille book at the Jameson library, but they weren’t allowed to. Elizabeth promises she’s having more books sent on Hallmark Channel’s When Calls The Heart.
Elizabeth is so excited she couldn’t wait to bring this one to show Angela and Minnie Canfield. Angela Canfield agrees she’s excited too, and Minnie concurs.
