‘The Bachelor’: Arie Luyendyk and Lauren Burnham Welcome Baby Girl
The Bachelor alum Arie Luyendyk and Lauren Burnham just welcomed a baby girl! The couple gave birth to Alessi Ren Luyendyk at just a little over 39 weeks on May 29, 2019. The reality TV stars kept fans updated via their social media accounts.
The Bachelor: Arie Luyendyk & Lauren Burnham Have A Baby Girl
The Bachelor alums Lauren Burnham and Arie Luyendyk have eagerly awaited the arrival of their sweet baby girl. Soon after their 39 week ultrasound, Lauren went into labor. However, it wasn’t a quick stay by any means.
The reality star labored over a day, and required a labor inducing drug. In addition, she also received an epidural. The couple chronicled their labor journey on Instagram. Daddy Arie updated The Bachelor fans every step of the way. Also, he made sure the world knew mommy and baby were doing just fine.
A Journey to Remember
The duo captured their baby journey via social media. They created an Instagram account just for their baby girl. Each week starting at 11 weeks, Lauren posted a cute baby bump picture. In addition, she included a food comparison and provided details of the baby’s growth.
But, the ride for The Bachelor couple hasn’t been easy. Baby Luyendyk was breeched and required a procedure to be flipped. Luckily, the maneuver was successful. She never flipped back, and remained head down the rest of the time.
Arie & Lauren: From The Bachelor, To Wedding, To Baby
Arie Luyendyk and and his wife Lauren Burnham are living in a world full of newness. The pair recently married earlier this year in January. The couple entered holy matrimony in Maui, Hawaii amongst close friends and family. The Bachelor host Chris Harrison was present along with a few other popular Bachelor franchise faces.
Late last year in November, the duo announced they were expecting. But, Arie admits the pregnancy was totally unplanned. However, they made the best of the it. But, the pair knew they would be spending the rest of their lives together. So, though the pregnancy arrived early, they fully embraced it.
