Sister Wives star Kody Brown looks right at home these days wrapping his arms around all four wives in the latest photos to surface online. Apparently Kody Brown, Meri Brown, Janelle Brown, Christine Brown, and Robyn Brown spent Thanksgiving together.
The family wished everyone Happy Thanksgiving in the captions to their holiday pic. And the Sister Wives clan looks much changed since their last TLC season. Now, as the new season nears, it seems Kody Brown’s doing that thing he does so well. Promoting Sister Wives without it looking like a promotion.

It doesn’t take long for these new photos to flush the recent Sister Wives rumors down the drain. Three of Kody Brown’s wives posted photos of the five of them together and added lighthearted captions. The pictures show one big happy family with four content, even happy-looking wives, in photos with their Sister Wives husband, Kody.
After months went by with none of them appearing together in online pictures, suddenly fans see a flood of new happy family pics. Kody Brown did say his career, other than that of a reality show star, falls under online advertising.
Did the Sister Wives patriarch use some of that talent promoting happiness for his family? This comes after months of fans assuming Meri had one foot out the door of their plural marriage. Months of rumors put the first wife of Kody Brown ready to start life independent of her polygamous marriage. But the new photos don’t seem to indicate that’s the case.
Meri Brown Offers Hint of Official Photo Shoot
Meri Brown offered a hint that these new photos possibly being orchestrated for promotional reasons. She refers to the people who organized the photo in her caption. She wrote: “Let’s take a picture, they said. No one can see your feet, they said”. So who is she referring to as “they”? Did Kody conjure this up (along with TLC) as a photo opp ahead of the new season of Sister Wives?
Kody is the appointed leader of his family, so Meri, Janelle, Christine, and Robyn follow his lead even when they disagree with him. They’ve said so on the Sister Wives show in the past.
So it’s probably Kody at the helm of the lack of the Sister Wives presence together online over the past few months. Did he find a way to keep the fans interested in his show by not posting family photos since the last season ended? If he did, it sure seemed to work. Fans ran with assumptions and that kept Kody Brown and his Sister Wives series in the headlines.
Everything In Its Place for a Purpose?
Even where the spouses stand in these photos seems to send a message. First, Meri stands next to Kody Brown but then they go a bit further. He puts his arm around her as if to say everything is fine with this Sister Wives relationship. Is this meant to squash the rumors of Meri and Kody going their separate ways?
Chatter also puts Kody Brown with Robyn pretty much in a full-time relationship these days. This would mean he’s allegedly ignoring the other wives in his Sister Wives marriage. So Robyn isn’t next to him in this picture. Instead, Meri stands on one side of Kody Brown with Christine on the other.

Ordinarily, where they stood for a quick photo might not matter. But fans online have pointed out in the past that Robyn always seems to be beside Kody Brown in photos. Strategically placing Kody among his Sister Wives ladies offers a quick glimpse of harmony between Papa Brown and his wives.
