‘Sister Wives’: Kody Brown Done – Polygamy Losing It’s Appeal? [Video]

Sister Wives star Kody Brown is at his whits end. He’s beginning to question his faith and whether polygamy is worth it. This all stems from his four wives, Meri Brown, Janelle Brown, Christine Brown, and Robyn Brown, shooting down his one big house idea.

According to the Sister Wives husband of four, this rejection has shaken his belief system to its very core. However, the wives seem ready to move on and make some new memories together on their Coyote Pass property.

Sister Wives: Kody Brown Over Plural Marriage

Sister Wives patriarch Kody Brown’s ego is severely bruised by the majority of his wives’ unwillingness to embrace his one big house plan. Although he went about it the wrong way, the wives really could have been more open to his vision. In fact, the two wives that usually back him abandoned him.

Surely, Kody felt Robyn and Christine would back him up. However, in the long of the day, it was just Janelle that had his back. Ironically, Janelle is the only one of Kody’s wives that did not grow up in a Sister Wives type of polygamist culture.

Sister Wives celeb Kody Brown says it’s every polygamist’s ideal to have all his wives and kids share a house. In fact, the Browns did just that in Lehi prior to Robyn joining as the fourth wife. Now with the wives united in their opposition, Kody finds himself jaded with polygamy altogether. Basically, his Sister Wives have caused him to question his core beliefs. So, now he has to find a way to move past this setback and move their family forward.

Spouses Get Silly In The Snow

Robyn Robyn decides that she and her co-spouses need to start having some fun together as a group. So, she suggests they make some fun memories on their new Coyote Pass land. Since it’s the dead of winter and the ground is blanketed with snow, Kody’s Sister Wives get silly and make snow angels. This is something they could never do in Las Vegas unless they took a round trip to visit the snow.

In the video above we see Kody Brown’s wives having fun in the snow. We also see him approaching them with a look of disdain. The shared husband says he used to enjoy seeing his wives spend time together doing fun and silly stuff. However, since they nixed his one big house idea he, finds it harder and harder to find the joy in their shenanigans.

Sister Wives: Happy Wives, Unhappy Kody

Kody Brown’s four wives seem to be happy with their decision about the shared house. However, their mutual husband is still struggling with their refusal to fully consider his idea. So, as his wives seem to have this notion of Kody’s in their rear-view mirrors, he just cannot get past the hurt and betrayal he feels.

Kody’s ladies seem content with their decision. So as the old adage goes, “happy wife equals happy life”, doesn’t seem to hold muster when you’re living life in a plural family.
