Kody Brown’s family airs a lot of their dirty laundry in public. The Sister Wives children grew up in this culture once Kody Brown signed on for the TLC reality show. So, it stands to reason the kids don’t shy away from sharing their private lives with the fans.
But this recent battle between two of the adult kids from the Sister Wives clan seems to have ripple effects. It looks like some sides may be forming when it comes to one of the moms.
The foundation for this recent incident started last month with Meri Brown and Kody Brown’s only child. Mariah Brown made threats regarding those who love her.
She vowed to cut herself out of anyone’s life who voted for the presidential candidate she is against. This seemed to include her Sister Wives family members as well.
Paedon Brown ‘Can’t Stand’ Half-Sister Mariah Brown
This shocked many Sister Wives fans because Mariah Brown adamantly advocates for the rights of all people to live and think the way they want. Yet, Kody Brown’s daughter is ready to sever ties with anyone who tends to vote for a candidate she doesn’t like.
This week, Mariah’s half-brother Paedon Brown posted his own views on what’s going on in the world. Paedon is the son of Sister Wives’ mom Christine Brown and Kody Brown.
One of the comments that Paedon Brown got from that post was a suggestion that he should have a conversation with his sister Mariah. That’s because it seems these two Sister Wives siblings’ have polarizing views.
But it wasn’t their views that ended up causing the Sister Wives followers jaws to drop across the online world. It was what came next. Paedon Brown answered the comment that suggested he have a conversation with Mariah Brown.
Kody’s 21-year-old son wrote on social media that he loves his sister Mariah “very much”. But he also said that they “can’t stand each other”.
It wasn’t Mariah Brown who responded to her Sister Wives brother, but the woman she’s engaged to marry, Audrey Kriss. Now even more personal stuff was divulged.
Audrey reminds Paedon that he called Mariah crying a few weeks back. At that time he wasn’t thinking they couldn’t stand each other. Now everyone wants to know why Paedon cried on the phone with his sister.
Sister Wives: The Ripple Effect
Today the social media world lights up over this new battle which seems to ripple through the family of Kody Brown. Paedon Brown turned off his comments and it looks like neither Mariah nor Audrey follows him any longer on his online sites.
It also looks like Mariah and Audrey don’t follow Paedon Brown’s mom Christine any more either. So, it appears all is not running smoothly within the Sister Wives family today.
It also seems that Kody Brown and the mothers of this Sister Wives tribe made a decision a decade ago to let cameras film their daily lives. At the time Paedon was only about 10-years old. Mariah will turn 25 at the end of this month, so she was about 15 back then.
These two Sister Wives half-siblings were still young when the cameras literally moved in with their family. So, most likely it’s not a big deal for the kids to air private problems in a public. But maybe it should be, suggests the followers of this TLC reality series.
