So far, Bobby Dodd and Husband Danielle Bergman come across as the perfect couple on Married at First Sight: Happily Ever After. Too perfect, some might argue. While other couples on the show have already had their first fight, Bobby and Danielle still haven’t had theirs. Viewers and fans are likely counting down to their first blowout as a couple, but so far, the pair don’t seem concerned.
That doesn’t mean that there aren’t some issues brewing beneath the surface. Danielle wanted a good ‘ol southern boy right from the start, and that’s exactly what she got. That said, there may be potential conflict brewing when it comes to his traditional values and her more modern approach.

In an exclusive sneak peek from tonight’s episode, Pastor Calvin has a chat with the happily married couple. Pastor Calvin notes that anyone that rates their marriage a 10 is likely “omitting some of the underlying issues.” According to Pastor Calvin, every marriage needs improvement no matter how perfect it seems. He also notes that it’s important to communicate and not sweep things under the rug.
Danielle admits: “There’s not a lot that can happen that’s gonna make us have a huge breakdown.” She goes on to say that it’s not that they don’t have problems, they’re both really calm people when it comes to dealing with conflict. Addressing the fact that they still haven’t had a fight, she says that there have been times that they’ve been frustrated with one another. She also mentions that they deal with things in the moment, which keeps them from escalating into a full-on fight.
