Married at First Sight: Jona Bienko and Brandin Brosh Tie The Knot in Honeymoon Island Finale

Married at First Sight: Honeymoon Island wasn’t always smooth sailing for Jona Bienko and Brandin Brosh. In the MAFS: Honeymoon Island finale, Brandin says yes. Which other couples tie the knot and who leaves empty-handed? Everything is on the line as final decisions are made.

Jona Bienko and Brandin Brosh engaged on MAFS: Honeymoon Island

Jona Bienko pops the question and Brandin Brosh says yes on Married at First Sight: Honeymoon Island. Things started out rough for the pair. Brandin closes herself off at the beginning of the season but slowly warms up to Jona as the series progresses. Last week’s episode ended with a cliffhanger as Jona asks Brandin’s mom for her blessing. This week, MAFS: Honeymoon Island ends on a high note as the couple leave St. James’s Club Morgan Bay engaged.

It’s also a tense moment for Jada Rashawn and Chris Perry this week. Over the course of the three weeks on Married at First Sight: Honeymoon Island, Chris and Jada build a genuine connection. Chris has reservations at the beginning of the episode because of where they’re located geographically. Chris and Jada have sex for the first time, and he proves that he’s committed to her. While he doesn’t outright propose to her, Jada leaves Honeymoon Island with a promise ring on her finger.

Shannon Raddler and Kimber Gardner engaged on Married at First Sight: Honeymoon Island

There’s another Married at First Sight: Honeymoon Island happy ending for Shannon Raddler and Kimber Gardner. The couple have explosive physical chemistry from day one. They’re the first to lock lips and the first to have sex. A sticking point for the couple is Kimber not wanting to have kids. Their time together in St. Lucia seems to have softened her stance on the matter. She at least seems open to it, and that’s enough for Shannon to want to take things to the next level.

Married at First Sight: Honeymoon Island doesn’t end happily for every couple. Eric Acosta leaves Katie Muller at the altar, so to speak. This shouldn’t come as a huge shocker to fans. Eric and Katie have the least chemistry of all the couples this season. To put it bluntly, they’re also the most boring. It’s evident that he makes the right decision for himself. Katie is blindsided but wishes him the best. At the very least, they part ways amicably. Eric should’ve broken things off with Katie in person instead of with a letter, though.

Season Finale of Married at First Sight: Honeymoon Island

As the inaugural season of the Married at First Sight spinoff, things go rather well overall. It’s unknown at this time whether or not the show will get picked up for another season, so viewers will just have to wait and see. What do you think of the show? Would you tune in for another season? Is three weeks on Honeymoon Island enough time to get to know someone?
