Jamie Otis of Married at First Sight said she went through two disasters recently. She said she had to shut down for a little bit, and that made fans and friends worry about her. When she was ready to talk about it, she said they experienced fraud.
MAFS wife Jamie said someone wrote two fraudulent checks worth thousands of dollars. One was for $15,750, and the other was for $16,430, and she said they didn’t have the money in their account. Jamie said that she didn’t know people could write checks for money you didn’t have in your account.
Jamie Otis from Married at First Sight said to remember that you can never be too careful. And that if something looks suspicious, you should definitely take care of it. She said they were able to get the money and fees back because of insurance.
