The wife of Doug Hehner recalled the painful process, which she considered the “absolute hardest” thing she’s ever done.
The Married at First Sight season 1 star, Jamie Otis, described the pain she has to go through in delivering her little bundle of joy. She said the “ring of fire” women talk about is “super real,” adding that she felt every single kick from baby Hendrix as he made his way down. But despite all the pain, Jamie said it was the “most miraculous and rewarding” experience in her life.
Jamie Otis added that natural birth made her connection with her son even stronger. The Married at First Sight alum said the bond she had when she first held her son was worth all the contractions, tears and stitches

Jamie Otis is extending her help to fellow mothers out there amid the coronavirus crisis. The Married at First Sight former cast member launched a mini giveaway for new or currently pregnant moms. Doug Hehner’s spouse pointed out that pregnancy during quarantine is rough so she wants to help in her own little way.
Jamie said she’s giving away two care packages to the chosen mamas. She shared how receiving such a thoughtful present while pregnant brightened her day, adding that she wants to pay it forward. In the end, Jamie Otis reminded that all mothers are tough regardless of how they gave birth to their kids.
