Grandma tells him that she can’t support this relationship. She tells him she knows all about her scary past relationships.

The inmate has had a bit of bad luck in the past regarding her boyfriends. The last two men she has been involved with have ended up dead. So, according to his grandma, she doesn’t want him to be the third.
