The WEtv cast member is currently paying the consequences for another setback in her life. She’s been doing well, until recently. Now, she’s in hot water with the authorities. And her freedom isn’t the only thing she’s lost.
Love After Lockup: Lizzie Kommes Arrested in Wisconsin
Lizzie Kommes, star of Love After Lockup, was arrested on April 26, 2021, for Violation of Probation and ES Sanctions. Soap Dirt spoke with the Jail Officer in Columbia County and confirmed she is behind bars. ES Sanctions refers to Extended Supervision Probation, which implies she violated those conditions in some manner. According to the Jail, she was arrested at the Probation Office.
As for a court date, there won’t be one. In Wisconsin, the probation officer decides how long Love After Lockup’s Lizzie Kommes will stay in jail unless there is a motion to revoke her time. In that case, she will go before the court, and a judge would decide her fate after hearing arguments from Lizzie’s lawyer and the prosecutor for the State. As of right now, Lizzie doesn’t have any other charges.
Lizzie Kommes’ potential penalties for sanctions violations include having alternative methods of supervision imposed. Such methods might be electronic monitoring or being placed in a halfway house. While things were going well, Lizzie Kommes of Love After Lockup fame and her newest beau seemed quite taken with each other, smiling and holding hands as they walked. But it seems things went south after her latest arrest. Two days after she got picked up, Josh said he was “single and ready to mingle.” It’s unclear at the moment if her arrest prompted the split or if things were already tanking before that.
