Little People, Big World‘s Matt Roloff had to get creative with his pumpkin festival this year. In fact, they weren’t even sure if they were going to have it for a while. But the family came together and worked it out.
Little People, Big World: TLC’s Matt Roloff Loves the Pumpkin Festival
It was easy to see that Little People, Big World star Matt Roloff was excited the Pumpkin Festival was on. Due to COVID-19, it was a little up in the air whether they could do it. There are rules to follow, and things are going to look different. But there is still going to be a lot of fun this year.
Matt said that they kept having Little People, Big World family meetings to figure things out. And at first, it didn’t look like things would clear up enough. But now, not only is the smoke clearing up. But they figured out some ways around coronavirus problems.
In fact, Matt Roloff of Little People, Big World said, “If you don’t have a mask, then you can’t come. So, if you’re going to come—you have to wear a mask—even outside.” It doesn’t look like there will be any exceptions to this rule. But as long as the festival goes on, the family is happy with the outcome.
Changes to the Pumpkin Festival
Before this year, the festival has always been open to the public. And there’s never been a charge to come. But this year, Little People, Big World patriarch Matt Roloff said it is different.
In fact, not only do you have to pay to get in, but you have to make a reservation if you want to come. This is a big change from the long lines of years gone by with no masks and no social distancing. Just good clean fun.
Matt from Little People, Big World said that things are still going to be so much fun. He shared some of the beautiful displays and how they were going to change the setup of the event. One of the biggest things is that they aren’t going to do rides around the farm. Instead, there is a path people can walk to get in some farm fun.
Little People, Big World: Family Fun for All
Matt said that the event is going to be fun for the whole family. But there won’t be a play area for the children due to the need for social distancing. Matt also said that wheelchairs and people with mobility issues might not want to try to do the trail.
Whatever the case, fans cheered the Little People, Big World celeb Matt on, and said, “We are so excited,” and “That’s awesome.” Even with all of the changes, it looks like there are a lot of people that want to go see the farm and meet the family.
