However, Matt knew how important it was for the farm to be open for the fall festivities. But, when the season was over, he took a beach getaway with his longtime girlfriend Caryn Chandler to recover from the hectic season.
Little People, Big World: Matt Roloff Faces Big Risks
According to Matt Roloff, the last few months have been very rewarding for him. After wrapping up another pumpkin season, he took a look back at one of the most challenging decisions he had to make. The Little People, Big World celebrity said it was risky opening up the farm during a global pandemic. Matt said that with his “compromised physical lungs,” he was afraid of getting sick and not being able to “survive it.” Matt said that being bent over makes his lungs “less robust.” But, Matt never let that stop him from living life to the fullest.
The Little People, Big World TLC star thought about the risks and rewards of opening the farm for the fall season. Matt Roloff said as the “new sole owner,” it was a difficult decision to make. He would be welcoming thousands of visitors from all over and they would all be in close contact with each other. He knew it was a risk, but he followed the restrictions given to him by the county officials.
Matt Takes Annual Mexico Trip with Caryn Chandler
Matt Roloff’s risk paid off as the season was a success. And after closing the farm, Matt from Little People, Big World took his annual trip to Cabo San Luca, Mexico. Matt and Caryn Chandler spent five days in the sun and heat. According to TLC’s Matt, they got much-needed rest and relaxation.
After Matt Roloff and Caryn Chandler from Little People, Big World’s quick trip, they self-quarantined for twelve days. A few days ago, Matt went to get tested for the virus with Caryn. He was happy that they came back negative. He said it “feels great” knowing that taking the “normal logical precautions” kept them safe. During their trip, Caryn and Matt wore masks, washed and disinfected their hands often. They also kept their distance from others and always stayed positive.
Little People, Big World Celeb Healthy & Ready to Work
Now that Matt Roloff knows that he is healthy, he is ready to get back to work. He said that he can now return to his filming duties. He also said that he is now back to working on the numerous projects that are going on around the farm. Matt seems to have a lot of plans in mind for the land. With Amy Roloff out of the farmhouse, it will be interesting to see what he does with the property.
Little People, Big World will be returning for a new season. Matt Roloff and his ex-wife Amy Roloff have said that they have already started filming. However, there has been no word on when the season will air.
