Lilah Roloff of Little People, Big World is a little behind other babies. Tori said she didn’t worry about it too much. Her thought on things is that her daughter would eventually make it to where she wants to go.
Her father, Zach Roloff, said the same thing as her mother. He doesn’t seem worried about how fast she holds her head up, sits up, and other milestones. All he worries about is that she is happy and healthy, which looks like it is the case.
In the 21st season of Little People, Big World, viewers of the show see Tori Roloff crying about Lilah’s health. But, thankfully, in real-time, it seems like everything is well for Lilah. And she’s making a lot of strides from quitting nursing to saying her first word.

Little People, Big World celeb Lilah Roloff was sitting in her highchair when mom captured the moment. TLC’s Tori was saying her daughter’s name over and over. And all of a sudden, Lilah said her name clearly.
Tori Roloff said it makes sense that she would say her own name. It seems like her mom thinks she’s very into herself. Whatever the case, the little sweetheart said her first word. Not mom or dad—but Lilah.
The Little People, Big World star looked very pleased with herself. And her mom’s happy reaction likely made her smile after her exciting new achievement. It looks like their house will have another talker very soon. And fans say it will be hard for the parents to fit a word in edgewise.
Little People, Big World: A Full First Year
Lilah Roloff’s first year in the world was anything but normal. Little People, Big World sweetie Lilah might not understand what is happening with the pandemic. But it changed everything about how her parents could do things for her first year.
In fact, since LPBW‘s Tori and Zach Roloff worry about Lilah’s medical condition, they have to be extra careful. Children with dwarfism can have serious problems with their health. But so far, both Lilah and her brother Jackson Roloff are doing well.
The young parents are thankful that both Lilah and Jackson are well. And despite the pandemic, they did do a lot with their two little ones. Tori took them to the zoo, and the family went on beach vacations and other trips.
