Jeremy Roloff from LPBW said he knows that things are different in the 30s. He said if he doesn’t use his body, he thinks he will lose the good body he has. Fans said it was kind of funny that he seems to think that 30 is old – but others think he just doesn’t want a dad bod.
Little People, Big World star Jeremy said he had to restart his health journey. It seems like he’s fallen off the wagon a few things but understands its importance. Jeremy Roloff also said his daughter, Ember Roloff, joins him from time to time.
One day Jeremy from Little People, Big World was working out, and Ember found him. She asked what he was doing and wanted to join him. She doesn’t work out with him all of the time, but when she does – it’s adorable.

Working out and staying fit isn’t always about hitting the weights or doing pushups. Jeremy Roloff from the show Little People, Big World also gets outdoors with his family. Recently, he and his wife, Audrey Roloff, took the kids for a nice walk at a waterfall.
Little People, Big World tot Bode Roloff was just along for the ride, but Ember seemed like she had a good time. This waterfall was the first one Bode had ever seen, and Jeremy joked that Bode was so shocked to see it that he forgot to smile.
Little People, Big World fans said Jeremy did pretty good since he could carry his kiddo on a pack. Bode Roloff is a big boy, and it’s a good fitness exercise just toting him around.
Little People, Big World: Staying Fit During the Pandemic
Little People, Big World dad Jeremy Roloff knew it was important to stay healthy with COVID lurking. Besides his indoor workouts, he and Audrey go for runs together with their jogging strollers. A familiar TLC dad that also is dedicated to fitness reached out to Jeremy.
Adam Busby from OutDaughtered told Jeremy Roloff that he missed him. Adam would be a good influence for Jeremy since he always makes it to the gym. And seems to stay pretty buff with no dad-bod in sight.
Fans of Little People, Big World said it is nice to see other reality TV personalities connecting with each other. Fans said the two could swap ideas about how to stay fit even though Adam probably has it a lot easier since Texas isn’t under lockdown like Oregon.
