Life After Lockup: Blaine Bailey Tries to Protect Lindsey Downs
Blaine Bailey is dealing with a pretty extensive list of charges that could get him sent back to prison for 19 years.
This is the first his Life After Lockup girlfriend, Lindsey Downs, heard about his charges. She didn’t know he was in as much trouble as he was until their lawyer Tyler Moss spelled it all out for them.

When she hears this news, she lashes out at him. She is angry that he kept this information from her. When she asks why he didn’t bother to tell her, Blaine says he did not want to stress or worry her.
The Life After Lockup star finds no comfort in his excuses. It makes her angrier. But that anger is nothing compared to how mad she gets when she hears it will cost $15,000 for the lawyer to handle this case.
Lindsey Explodes on WEtv Boyfriend
When Life After Lockup‘s Lindsey hears how much it will cost to try and keep him out of prison, she loses her grip. She storms off and leaves Blaine Bailey in the lawyer’s office.
Later he tries to convince her to get into the car, but she prefers to walk home. He’s known Lindsey Downs for a long time, so he knows it is wise to let her work through this. He hopes she cools off before she returns home.
Blaine is out of luck. When his WEtv partner gets home, she is raging. So, she and her Life After Lockup boyfriend hash it out. She tells him she is unsure if she can trust him now.
He assures her she can and that it will all work out. But she doesn’t believe him. They sunk all of their money into the fixer-upper home they bought. If he goes back to prison, she will be in a lot of financial trouble. So his plan to keep Lindsey Downs stress-free is a big fail.
Life After Lockup: Blaine Accepts a Surprise Offer
Blaine gets a call with some exciting news. The call is from his attorney Travis. He tells the Life After Lockup star some good news.
He says he got him a deal to do three years of house arrest with an extensive probation period. Travis wants to know if Blaine needs time to discuss the agreement with Lindsey.

However, Blaine told him no. He says he will take the deal and surprise her with the good news. He also asks Travis if he will still owe $15k for his services.
His lawyer says that he will cut him a break. Bailey is happy with the deal and feels Lindsey will be as well.
Except there is one problem. He promised her there would be no more secrets, surprises, or lies. She wants to be kept in the loop about everything. Moving forward, every decision that is made will be made by both of them.
It’s been less than an hour, and he breaks his word to his Life After Lockup girlfriend. This surprise could blow up in his face. WEtv viewers believe this is a huge mistake. Blaine Bailey may avoid prison, but he won’t be able to avoid Lindsey Down’s wrath once she finds out what he did.
