‘General Hospital’ Predictions: Ava Jerome Leaves Nikolas Cassadine to Save His Life

General Hospital Predictions: Ava Jerome & Nikolas Cassadine Freak Over Latest Threat
Recently, on GH, Ava Jerome discovered another message from whoever wants to scare her. Ava found a picture of her and Nikolas with a dagger through it in one of the rooms at Wyndemere.
Of course, Ava is certain it’s Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom). However, Ava Jerome believes Ryan must have help. Or, he is somehow faking his locked-in syndrome.

Now, Ava Jerome is freaking because someone was in the house. The stalker somehow managed to get into the mansion and get the dagger out of a trophy case.
Clearly, it doesn’t make any sense that Ryan would be able to do all of this. He must be working with someone, or it is someone else entirely, suspect General Hospital predictions.
Surprising Twist for “Nava” on GH
Detective Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) recently made a valid point on General Hospital. Dante suspects that Nikolas Cassadine may be the target instead of Ava Jerome. Not only was the dagger on Nikolas in the photo. But there was a message on the back that seemed directed at Nikolas as well.
Now, Dante thinks they should leave Spoon Island because they’re not safe there. Dante even suggests that it’s dangerous for Ava to remain married to Nikolas Cassadine. Clearly, they are in far more danger now that this person was in their home.
So, they must take drastic action. However, they might be in for the shock of their lives. The person stalking them could very well be the last person they would ever expect, suggest General Hospital predictions.
Spencer Cassadine Returns on General Hospital
GH spoilers believe Spencer Cassadine (Nicolas Bechtel) may be back in Port Charles. However, Spencer might be sporting a new face. When Spencer returns, the character might be recast, and SORAS’d. That way, he’s on the same level as the other teens in town.
General Hospital spoiler’s promise that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Cameron Webber (William Lipton) get a blast from the past. So, there is a good chance this could be Spencer. It’s no secret that Spencer is furious with his father, Nikolas, for marrying Ava Jerome.

Before Spencer knew that his father was alive, he said Ava was to blame for his death. Recall, Ava took back her statement against Valentine Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), who shot Nikolas. Now that Spencer knows Nikolas pretended to be dead for three years, he is livid.
Clearly, Spencer has access to the grounds and the inside. Being Nikolas’ son, the staff would never question him. So, Spencer could easily get inside and leave the message for Nikolas and his step-mom.
It will make perfect sense if Spencer is the one stalking “Nava,” hoping to split them up. And, his plan may very well work, hint General Hospital spoilers.
GH Predictions: Ava Makes Huge Sacrifice
GH spoilers predict Ava Jerome could make a bold move. Recent General Hospital spoilers promise Ava makes a life-changing choice soon. Clearly, whoever is after Ava Jerome doesn’t want her to be Nikolas’ wife.
Ava Jerome may decide to leave Nikolas, at least until the culprit is caught. However, if they find out it’s Spencer, they will be heartbroken. Nikolas may not know how to move forward in his marriage without losing his son forever.
Soon, Ava may feel that it is best to end her union with Nikolas, and he may agree. So, Ava Jerome’s next move may be to divorce Nikolas Cassadine to salvage his relationship with his son on the ABC soap opera.
