Counting On‘s Jinger Duggar Vuolo shared a new photo of baby Felicity looking cute as she slept on her back. Wearing a headband with flowers, she lay sleeping in her pink and white outfit. Jinger wrapped her in a pink elephant coverlet. Little Felicity looked so sweet and innocent. However, Jinger seemed to have disabled comments on her Instagram post.
Fans of Counting On can’t get enough of Baby Felicity
Counting On followers just seem to think Felicity is the best Duggar baby yet. Normally, there are thousands of comments on Jinger Duggar Vuolo’s posts. But this time, there were none at all. However, there were over 165k likes of the cute photo. Perhaps Jinger’s just tired of the trolls who always seem to pop up on social media for the Duggar family. Her previous post showed a video of her mom skating speed skating. There really were some terrible comments about lust, dressing right, cults, and porn.
The previous picture of baby Felicity that Jinger Duggar posted on her own Instagram, showed her daughter’s lovely big eyes. In that instance, hardly any bad comments landed up on her photo. However, the Counting On star is wise in the ways of trolls picking on every little thing. Comments may have been disabled for a reason. Notably, baby Felicity’s wearing hand mittens. When Jinger and Jeremy first started posting Felicity pictures, some followers noticed some small spots on her face. Back then, some critics said much about it, even suggesting the Counting On duo were not hygienic.
Hand mittens might be too controversial for Jinger Duggar Vuolo to handle
Trolls and some followers think they have the right to tell the Counting On couple how to raise their baby. They might pick up on the controversial subject of baby mittens. These days, baby mittens or hand cover use by moms trends away from the rather old-fashioned practice. In fact, the Healthy Children Organization, whose sponsors include the American Academy of Pediatrics, suggests they’re not necessary.
They wrote that the reality is that mittens “are rarely needed for newborns.” The website noted that sometimes babies hands look bluish and feel cold. They suggested it’s nothing to worry about as it’s “normal on healthy infants.” Additionally, writer Natasha Burgert, MD, FAAP noted the fact that careful “early nail trimming” stops a baby “scratching” its face. Therefore, “some hospitals…discourage mitten wearing.” After reading that information, it’s likely Counting On star Jinger Duggar would be trolled about it. Especially as she suffered nasty comments about her mom speed skating.
Should Jinger Duggar Vuolo be using hand mittens on Felicity?
Modern doctors suggest the mitts may cause chaffing on the wrists. What do you think about baby hand covers? Do you think mittens matter nor not? The Duggar family know lots about raising babies as so many come along every year. Did Jinger Duggar Vuolo disable comments to stop trolls complaining?
