Counting On: Jana Duggar Sticks with Her Parents

Every time people ask Jana Duggar about her living situation, it’s the same answer. She always says she is happy living where she is. Recently, Jim Bob Duggar commented on his adult kids living at home.

Jim Bob Duggar said that they realize it’s a lot cheaper to live at home. When his sons Jeremiah and Jedidiah moved out, he said that is why they stayed home for so long. It’s all about saving money. But Jana Duggar of Counting On hasn’t said anything about money being the reason why she sticks around.

Fans think it might just be because it’s easier to stay living at her parents. After all, she does have a beautiful garden there.

Jim Bob Duggar Tries to Help?

Counting On star Jim Bob Duggar always needs to put his two cents in. Many people think he mansplains his daughters. And recently, when the family was building gingerbread houses, Jim Bob was at it again.

The family broke up into teams to compete against each other building the houses. Jana from Counting On had a team, and she wasn’t doing so great. In fact, her house kept falling apart, and she wasn’t sure what was happening.

Jim Bob decided to help out and offer some advice. He said that she was using the wrong type of icing. And TLC star Jana wasn’t taking the advice and didn’t think anything was going to fix her problem. Later, she proved herself right because her house fell apart on camera.

Counting On: Jana Standing Up for Herself

At 30 years old, a lot of people wonder why Jana listens to her parents Jim Bob Duggar and Michelle Duggar of Counting On so much. It seems like it’s more than wanting to be a good daughter. One of the things people have to remember is that they learn to always listen to their parents.

Well, they listen to their mom and dad until they marry. And then they learn to pay attention to and listen to their husband. It doesn’t seem like that’s at the top of Jana Duggar’s to-do list.

As the show progresses, more people notice that Jana has a little sassiness about her. As a matter of fact, Jana Duggar seems to be letting it lose much more. And fans couldn’t be happier about her standing up for herself to Jim Bob Duggar. You can see more by watching Counting On Tuesday nights at 8 pm on TLC.
