‘Bold and the Beautiful’ Will Thorne Forrester Be Recast Again as Bridge Marriage Crumbles?

Bold and the Beautiful spoilers remind that Thorne Forrester abruptly fell off the map when Ingo Rademacher left the role. The issue was he had no storyline and love interest. But with Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and hubby Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) hitting the skids, he may be needed back on the scene on the CBS sudser. Take a look at why it’s a good time to recast Thorne and bring back the only son Eric Forrester (John McCook) had with Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery).

Bold and the Beautiful: Bridge in Trouble – Thorne Forrester Returns?

B&B spoilers remind that the recent recast didn’t sit well with many fans that adored Winsor Harmon who previously played the role for 20 years from 1996-2016. When Ingo took over the role in late 2017, fans were upset Windsor was abruptly pushed out. Fans protested Brad Bell’s decision and complained about nu-Thorne for the duration of his run.

That ended in February 2019 when Ingo Rademacher exited to resume his prior role of Jasper Jacks at General Hospital. As it seems unlikely he’d return to B&B, that means a recast if the CBS soap wants Thorne Forrester back. Brooke could steal Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) from her sister or get busy with the new doc. Then again, maybe she’s ripe for Thorne, tease Bold and the Beautiful spoilers.

Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say it’s a good time for Thorne Forrester on the CBS soap for a couple of reasons. First, there are no “real” Forresters running the family business. Of course, Eric Forrester loves all the kids equally, but many fans note that there are no “blood” Forresters in the family business these days. Rick Forrester’s (Jacob Young) been run off.

Same for Thorne Forrester. Recasting him would put one of Eric’s bio-kids back in the business. Plus, Brooke may need a new man soon. She and Ridge have been rocky for weeks now because of Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). Her shoving him off the cliff iced the cake of their relationship and may have ended “Bridge” hint  Bold and the Beautiful spoilers. So, she may need a new man soon but Thorne’s not on the scene.

Bold and the Beautiful: Thorne Forrester Back Soon – Or Gone for Good?

Last time B&B brought back Thorne Forrester, he never got much storyline. It almost felt like they brought him in, then forgot he was there. First, he smooched Katie Logan (Heather Tom) and encouraged her to take custody of her son from Dollar Bill. He also served as a personal and professional rival to Ridge Forrester. Then that fizzled when they united against Bill.

So, it looks like there’s room for Thorne in the Bold and the Beautiful storylines with Brooke and Ridge’s marriage heading for the scrap heap. But will the CBS sudser bring back Thorne Forrester? It’s a wait and see situation. They could recast Thorne again – either with a new actor or beloved Winsor Harmon. If they do, let’s hope they have an actual storyline this time on B&B.
