90 Day Fiance News: Colt Johnson Works on Getting a Hard Body

Colt Johnson recently posted an update on IG. In it, he showcases his new look and personal trainer. He’s in the second week of his new regimen and looks to be going strong. It’s unclear how much weight the 90 Day Fiance star dropped at this point in terms of poundage, but physically he looks leaner and more toned.

Colt Johnson seems to be keeping his usual sense of humor regarding his latest weight loss endeavor. He joked on Instagram that he only dies “a little” at the gym. For the past few weeks, Colt has updated his Instagram with introspective, soul-searching quotes. This update is no different. It seems ex-90 Day Fiance Colt is certainly taking these inspirational words to heart.

90 Day Fiance: Life Changes for Colt Johnson

Following the soul-searching Instagram updates, Colt Johnson has been putting that inspiration into action and making major life changes as a result. He got a new car with A/C. In addition, he was spotted a few weeks ago with a new mystery woman at Disney. Back then it looked like he’d already done some work to slim down. With his new personal trainer, it looks like he’s taking his weight loss goals to the next level.

In addition to trimming his body, Colt Johnson recently debuted a new hairdo as well. He traded in his slicked-back look for gelled spikes. Taking his cue from the popular meme circulating around social media, Colt accompanied the snap with the caption: “Feeling cute…might sign divorce papers today. idk”. Colt has been hitting the town as well. The 90 Day Fiance ex-hubby recently posted a snap sharing a drink with popular Sin City mentalist Anthony Cools after attending his show.

Thanks my friend, @anthonycools and the Anthony Cools experience was simply delightful. Audience participants get hypnotized and the results are hilarious. Good, clean and dirty fun. And it’s the longest-running hypnotist show in Vegas, so you know it’s legit. Just think twice before you volunteer unless you want to become intensely intimate with furniture. 😂

What’s Next for the Software Engineer?

While the Colt and Larissa divorce drama plays out on 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After, it looks like Colt is working toward his own happy ending following the Larissa split. Also, Colt’s mom Debbie Johnson told Soap Dirt that Colt wants to do advocacy work for abused husbands.

So, it seems all that introspection following his split and divorce drama is certainly being channeled into action. If his weight loss journey is anything to go by, the results are definitely paying off. Hopefully, there will be more progress updates as Colt continues to get fitter.
